Follow these steps to start using the BrightVisions Online Backup Solution:

1. Sign-up for the Backup Service. We will work with you to decide how much backup space you need, or you can choose to be billed for the space you use. The BackupManager is the software that is used to backup your data to the Backup Servers.

2. Install and Run the BackupManager (following the instructions provided, or if you have a support contract we can do this for you) and allow it to complete a first backup. The first backup may take some time to complete (depending on the size of your backup), so please do this when this is convenient.

3. Sit back and Relax as the BackupManager automatically backs up your data according to your schedule.

If you are using the trial version, please ensure that you sign-up for the Backup Service before your 14 day trial period expires in order to keep your backed up files on the Backup Servers.
