BrightVisions are delighted to announce that Matt Bunnage has been promoted to become the Services Director at the Cambridgeshire-based IT support company.

A valuable member of the BrightVisions team, Matt has been instrumental in ensuring 100% satisfaction across the company’s wide and varied customer base. The new role will now see Matt take more strategic responsibility for all services across the full spectrum of the company’s offerings.

Speaking of his promotion Matt said: “I am genuinely thrilled with my new role within this fast-paced, award-winning company, especially having seen the past growth and also knowing what lies ahead for BrightVisions. I am extremely grateful to see my efforts rewarded in this way and to see a company of this type make this investment in me but likewise I am delighted to make this personal commitment and investment to BrightVisions too.”

Matt joined the company as a Business Development Executive in 2009 and has been involved with every aspect of the business over the last three years. His focus on quality and service delivery had made him the ideal candidate to take over the management of the IT support team last year with the simple target of ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
