Displaying your company address, phone numbers and registration details on your web site and emails has always been a good idea, but now there is a legal requirement for this information.

On the 1^st of January 2007, the First Company Law Amendment Directive came into effect. Every business with a web site must display the following information alongside existing requirements:

• Company Name
• Place of Registration
• Company Registration Number
• Registered Office Address
• Company VAT Registration Number
• The name, postal address and email address of the web sites service provider
