Connect To My PC

Please Note: Only use this page if you have been asked to do so by a BrightVisions Support Technician. Using this facility will enable a BrightVisions technician to view your desktop and control your PC.

In order for us to connect to your machine, please enter your FULL name into the box below.

Step 1

Enter your FULL name and click on the “CONNECT” button.

Step 3

If you see any security warnings, or requests to share your desktop, please click on Accept, OK and/or Connect.

Step 2

When prompted click on Run. The file will then download. You may be prompted to click on Run again.

Step 4

You may be promted to enter your password, this is your windows login password.
