When launching Trend Micro Worry Free Business Web Console/Dashboard you get a blank page in Internet Explorer (or other browser), that is, you cannot access the webconsole.

Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not connect to the shared database

Problem:

When starting Outlook an error message "Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not connect to the shared database. Do you want to work offline?" appears.

Regardless of the option chosen, Business Contact Manager (BCM) does not open/start.

Error 733 A connection to the remote computer could not be completed when connecting a VPN

Problem:

Internet connection is lost when connected to a Virtual Private Network (VPN). The following error may also be reported when trying to connect a VPN:
