Instructions to Connect:

1. Enter your name and click on the "Connect to my Desktop" button
2. When prompted to Run or Save the file to be downloaded, click on Run*
   The file will then download. You may be prompted to click on Run again
3. If you see any security warnings, or requests to share your desktop, please click on Accept, OK and/or Connect

*If you are not using Internet Explorer as your browser, you may have to Save the file and then run it.

A support representative may not be available to connect to your PC if the BrightVisions team has not requested that you use this connection facility. If this is not the case, please contact BrightVisions.
